Gus Lindsey III is the owner of The Law Office of G. Benjamin Lindsey III (“GBL3 Law”), located in Lake Stevens, Washington. GBL3 Law is primarily focused on business law, employment/labor law, construction law, civil litigation, estate planning, probate, and family law. Gus strives to work proactively with his clients to resolve legal issues.
Gus previously worked as an attorney for Davis Wright Tremaine advising companies on employment and labor law matters. Gus also provided legal advice to various clients in property, construction disputes, and general civil litigation. Gus has also held various positions at The Boeing Company during two employment stints with the company; serving as a senior HR manager leading a HR
generalist team supporting Engineering and having leadership responsibilities for HR investigations/Compliance for the Everett Site in his last position with the company.
Before becoming an attorney, Gus began his Boeing career as an Industrial Engineer, and then transitioned to Lean Manufacturing before assuming a management position in operations. Gus then transitioned to human resources; becoming an EEO investigator, advancing to lead EEO Investigator, and ultimately becoming the SR. EEO manager for the Northwestern United States before leaving to practice law.
Gus has provided pro bono representation to “A Lost Boy of Sudan” in a murder case. Gus has also represented Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in a case involving the termination of parental rights.
Gus has also served as a high school basketball coach and been involved in a number of other community based activities including Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Originally from Georgia, Gus has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and graduated from the Seattle University School of Law in 2004.
When not focused on building his business Gus is usually enjoying time with his family; especially honing his barbecue skills and remaining connected to all things
Georgia, including The University of Georgia football team.
